Lego ~~~ again.....

Bought another box of Lego today - 7789 Coast Guard Patrol Boat & Tower.

Never thought of will buy the City series as I originally planned to get the Mars Mission series 7644 MX-81 Hypersonic Operations Aircraft. I've changed my mind because RM 280 (after discount, original price is around RM 400) is over my budget for toys this month. That's why my previous haul was the 7738 Coast Guard Helicopter & Life Raft for RM 153.93 (original price RM 219.90 with 30% discount). Later on my wife said she'll pay for it & it's my birthday present. So I can buy another box of Lego again since I got my toys budget back :P

Lego ~~~

Haul this one just now at TRU

I think I might start to collect Lego since Japanese toys are getting ridiculously expensive *mad*

Yesterday's haul - SIC Kiwami Tamashii Special ver. Hibiki

Yesterday went to Kinokuniya to collect the Hyper Hobby Plus Vol. 6 that I've reserved last month. I don't know how to read Japanese though. I bought it is because of the "free" gift with this HH+ vol. 6 - Transparent purple ver. of the SIC Kiwamii Tamashii Hibiki.

Why I put quote on the word free? That's because the magazine retail price increased because of it. The price of this HH+ is (RM 93), same with buying HH+ & the toy itself *sweat* But never mind bout the price since this is an exclusive ver. which couldn't buy in the market *grin*

My temporary display cabinet

I don't have a proper cabinet to display my toys. Currently I just borrowed a layer of my father's cabinet to display some of my toys :P Will try to get a cabinet for my toys after I've shifted to my wife's new condo end of this year

SIC Vol. 7 - Masked Rider No. 1 & Shocker Rider (Part 1)

This is my 1st no-articulation SIC I've bought. It was re-issued as SIC Classic 2008 series. Since I decided to collect all Kamen Rider's SIC so I bought this Vol. 7. Many new collectors skip it because it has no articulation

Box Art
The box is in white color design. I don't really like the color because it looses the dark & mysterious feeling of SIC. Luckily it's just an additional cover to indicate this is SIC Classic 2008 ver., different from the old Vol. 7

Underneath the SIC Classic 2008 cover is still the old Vol. 7 packaging. I like the old packaging rear because it has more information bout Vol. 7 while the new one just display the pictures of the SIC

Contents
This set is Kamen Rider No. 1 + Shocker Rider. So it has extra parts for us to transform to Shocker Rider

The manual is printed on the back of the orange background

The diecast parts (the belt of Masked Rider also made by diecast)

The special item which included in all the SIC Classic 2008 series - Metal keychain plate. It's a useless additional because it's just some words paint on the metal plate. Just because of this plate we've to pay extra 700 yen (~RM 22 !!!) *mad*. I wished Bandai can give the mirrored display stand like the one given free with the purchase of SIC 42 Den-O in Hong Kong

To be continue...

Now I finally completed all 7 Ferrari cars for this series (exclude the yellow 599 GTB Fiorano which is free with Shell Helix lubricant)

Another small haul

Another Shell Ferrari car.

I've already collected 4 of them. I don't know I should complete them since there're still 3 more to go

Today's surprise haul

An unexpected haul today.

I thought no more haul for March but saw these 2 selling below RM 100 each in ShiokToys. At the end I can't hold myself & bought them :P

Donuts ?!

Went shopping with wife yesterday but unable to buy anything. Before leaving the shopping mall I saw some donuts selling in a shop. It looks tasty so I plan to get one to try.

The sales told me it won't expired even after 1 month. The chocolate smell will still be there too after 1 month. He even told me the donut is so soft and it will back to its normal shape after I squeeze it. Don't believe? See it with your own eyes

Well, it's just a toy from Breadou :P. It has other type of donuts and even breads !! You can know more bout these toys over Breadou™ - Confectionery Art

Another Shell's Ferrari Car

Bought this F430 Scuderia this morning when go to fuel up the car

I wanted to get the black 599 GTB Fiorano but already sold out, only left 430

Small haul in Ipoh

Mine

My Wife's

I was looking for that Revoltech 006 EVA-02 for quite long. I've seek high & low for it on eBay, KL toy shops and online toy shops but couldn't find it. Kaiyodo did reissue most of the EVA's Revoltech except this one. I've no idea why this ain't in their reissue list.

Few months ago I went to Ipoh Parade and visit a toy shop call Kiroro. I saw this selling for RM 75 and the price is reasonable. I didn't get it by that time because I've already spent all my budget for toys. Yesterday I went there again and hope it's still there. The luck is on my side and it's still in their shop. I quickly grab it and pay.

Now my collection of Revoltech EVAs is complete (up until now)

My Wife's Re-Ment

(Originally posted in XL Forum @ 24/02/2007)

My wife collect a lot of Re-Ment miniature food. Up until now (02/2009) she got more than 50 big box set of these miniature foods. By the time we took these pictures, she just started to collect Re-Ment and only has around 10 box set. We just opened 9 boxes to display.

Last haul from XL CNY Sales

I didn't expect to haul this much when I go to XL BTS after work on Friday. I was planning to get the GFF Metal Composite #1004 Gundam RX-78-2 (Crisis Core ver.) only but saw this SIC Classic 2007 Hakaider & Bike (Vol. 12) at 30% discount. So I've changed my mind to get this one instead of the GFFMC and pair it with a 50% discount Bandai Chogokin Scope Lightan G

With the support from my wife, I bought 2 more SICs and ended up like this

I think I've overspent for toys for this sales. I'm officially broke now

Tuesday's haul - MG MS-06R-1A Zaku II 2.0 (Black Trinity Star ver.)

Not really a new haul. Paid for it on Tuesday and collect today

It has been few months since I last bought any Gunpla. I stop buying Gunpla because it's very common in the market now and can easily purchase with a very reasonable price (around yen retail price x 3.47, but soon will increase due to the strong yen)

XL CNY Sales haul

Today's haul from XL CNY Sales

Last Sunday's haul

Bought 1 box of BearBricks #17 last Sunday at Sunway Dreamerz Toy, just for the sake of taking pictures of the box :P

Walker Machine Xabungle

Xabungle is from the anime Combat Mecha Xabungle. I never watch this anime before so I can't give any details bout the story. This is the story overview I copied from wiki

Planet Zora is inhabited by a number of different sentient races. The "Innocents", with their highly developed science and technology; and the resilient and adaptable "Civilians" who rely on the Innocents for foodstuff and various means of production.

Prominent among the abovementioned means of production are Walker Machines; ubiquitous vehicles with vaguely humanoid silhouettes, which Civilians use for such various purposes as mining, transport of persons and goods, construction, and combat.

While many, if not all Walker Machines are armed to a degree, purely combat-oriented Walker Machines are a rarity, and it was one such rare variety of Walker Machine that a young Civilian named Jiron Amos decides to liberate for his own use.

Using the stolen combat machine, revealed to be a Xabungle type Walker Machine, Jiron soon gets himself and his allies into (and out of) all sorts of trouble, which make for an entertaining romp across the desolate planet Zora, where things are not as simple and innocent as they first appear to be.

I've a plastic Xabungle toy when I was small but like other kids - the toy didn't last long until now. I remembered I play a lot with it because it can be transform to vehicle mode and flight mode. I saw the SOC ver. of Xabungle (GX-28) in a toy shop after I started to collect toys 2 years ago, but the price is not cheap and the Xabungle is quite small. I wasn't willing to fork out RM 200+ for a small toy like that since I just started to collect toys by that time.

Last week when I went to a warehouse sales, I saw this In Action!! Offshoot ver. Xabungle with a cheap price tag. So I didn't think much and then grab it although it can't transform

Not much stuff included in the box

There's a story card included in the box

Articulation

I never play any Offshoot series before but I've heard this line of toys articulation is good. Luckily the articulation really as mentioned and I'm satisfy with it although the leg can't lift up more than 90 degrees. Arm can bent 180 degrees thanks to the double joint and the shoulder's joint

The knee didn't use the double joint system and thus can only bent for roughly 160 degrees

Because of the protection skirt at the waist there, lower body can't really pose much

The joints quite strong and can do a sidekick like this, but I'm not sure the joints will become loose or not after played some times.

Size Comparison

The size is a bit small (roughly 13-14cm tall only) for a 2,000 yen item. I think I won't get it also if not because of the sales price

Crossover with Yotsuba
